Coincidence, or just a bunch of idiots?

The receptionist at work experienced the same bull$hit a few of my friends
and myself went through when renting a truck at U-Haul.

She was promised a truck at 8:00 AM Saturday morning.

When they arrived to pickup the truck, U-Haul apparently didn't even have
records of the booking...yet, the couple confirmed the truck the day before!

Thanks U-Haul for screwing me and a bunch of others. Your organization is a scam.

I wish I would have known she called U-Haul, I would have warned her.

I highly recommend Thrifty Car/Truck Rental.
