Anywhere local that can straighten a rim?

aluminum rim has a very slight bend/ding in it at the edge where the tire bead touches. Is there anywhere around that could straighten it fairly cheap? I've called/visited a couple tire companies and nobody can fix rims, they send them out of state and that will cost between $50-$70 for one little ding in a rim. If anyone knows of anyplace local to fix a slight bend please let me know, it is only dinged/bent enough to cause a slow leak but I don't want it to blow out on me during hard cornering or anything. Thanks.

BTW: I thought a little ding would be easy to fix, I was wrong.
