Chris, glad to see you are on here every once in a while.

The new parts are supposed to start rolling in tomorrow. I am waiting on the ported Fast. I decided to get the ported one since there was a special going and it was only $100 extra. So, that may back things up a few days.

I am going to have the guy who hauled the car from IN bring it to you. I will call you and let you know the details.

Would you like to start taking things apart now if the new parts will be in next week? If so, I can bring the car over on Friday.

Maybe when it is done I will try my luck against Dennis. I figure the bottom end was built to take a big shot so why not test it. A 200 shot along with everything else should make it a good run

 

yeah, def. get it over hear as soon as you can stand to be w/o it. lol. it would help to get started right away I can get done whatever you got and no prob. waiting till whenever for the rest of the parts. I can even make sure it stays inside for ya while its here. LMK. with the juice it should be a great race. you gotta get that bottle filled. I may have someone that can do it for you. I'll have to try to get ahold of him.

I am going to figure out how to get the car over to you on Friday. I am hoping that some of the parts will be here by then. If nothing else you can start to take things apart and prep for the intake and TB to arrive. I was also wanting to have you do a compression check on the car. I think the short block was built to stock CR, I want to confirm. If it is a 9.5:1 or something that would also explain why the car is off a bit.

I can't wait to get this thing done. I am waiting on the last part to come in, ported 92mm Fast intake. Everything else has arrived and is ready to be installed.

Then get the thing tuned and we are ready to run. I'm sure Chris will keep you up to speed.

I hope to see it done by mid Sept. Then we can line up and see what happens. To be honest, I think you will still take the race pretty easily but I would like to see if I can hang.

 

Let me know if you make it to a NO ET race at Milan. I'd be game. I went mid 10's in true street trim, I can try to keep up!
