Anyone know of a cheap power boat for sale 9k-12k?

How about a 1990 Mach One? It's a 24 footer with a small cuddy. It's got the 300 hp (crank) 454/Bravo 1. Around 250 hours. This is a semi-performance boat with stand-up bolsters, thru hull exhaust and a bright yellow paint job. Also has 4 blade SS prop and trim tabs. Matching tandem trailer. Very, very nice shape. I'm the 2nd owner (since 22 hours). Kept in heated garage.
Runs 54 mph.
The only flaw is a small spot (6" diameter) of rot in one section of the plywood floor. Needs to have the section unscrewed, new piece put in and new carpet put over it. A one day job.
