I know it takes a year to be final in Ontario, but I signed my papers already and I am moving on thats all I wanna do. Can't she sign the papers now just like I did and have them ready so when the 1 year date is up its just done and over with. She said that she isn't suppose to sign the papers until the 1 year point. Does anyone know who is right.
