The just of it is that my g.f was going though a light....traffic stopped and she was caught under the light for a few moments. A person not looking at the intersetion, saw a green light and went = thus hitting the Z in the rear quarter panel/lower driver side bumper cover.

I want to hire a laywer so this guy will pay my deductible - as he hit me. I'll pay for the ticket my g.f got for "running" a yellow light.....

But if anybody knows a good traffic lawyer, please let me know. My max is $500.

if your car is in the intersection and your light is red you are at fault , period. Thats why they have yellow lights.
