I agree with Kandied although I did not attend last year because I didnt like the location. The judging HAS went straight down the last 3 or so years, I lost points, and 1st place 2 times because I didnt have flares or first aid(same year I won Best in class, and Outstanding awards at Autorama). You guys that know me know that Im not one of these guys that is just about winning, but when you choose a car that is obviously not in my class as far as "show quality" and allow them to win based on a flare kit from Walmart, or band aids, etc, thats FLAT OUT insane! Not to mention I had 19/20 year old kid judge my car in 04 I believe, and I just dont believe the car was looked at correctly, not his fault as his expierence was limited. But Kandied91 is correct, numbers are falling for the show, and even though I agree that it is the best Camaro event, numbers should be telling you all something. Once my new camaro is in Ill probably come back, or when some things change.

Great show for you local guys, sign up early!!

Andy

Dan, why don't you join me and my wife? I'm pretty sure we'll be heading down.

yep andy is right... i use to have 12-15 guys come down with me every year. now i'm lucky if i go myself and i haven't brought my car in 2 years. i plan to bring all of my cars this year since it's been awhile but if this year doesn't improve which i'm not keeping my hopes up i won't be back again. i went last year and walked the show in 20 minutes. previous years it use to take me a long time...

i understand that the people running the show do the best they can but there are some definate changes that need to be made. hope it happens!
