Thought I would offer this before I spend a bunch and keep it...
T-tops, eagle 077 rims, 80,000 miles with dark red metallic paint. New 4.10 gears installed about 500 miles ago by driveline solutions. Mac midlength headers, hooker exhaust, cai and a tune by madz28. It ran 13.6 at 105 last year on the stock 3.42 gears in 85 degree heat. The car is very nice but not perfect. The clutch is good and doesnt slip now but I did smell it bad after the 13.6 pass last year and I have felt it slip once since. The drivers side front fender lost some clear coat and needs refinishing. I priced this at a GM dealer and they estimated $200 low end and $500 if they had to blend in the door. If I keep it I want the street twin clutch and heads/cam next winter (and so on). I thought I would offer it as is for $6000 or trade for a 69 firebird project car plus cash. I dont really want to sell it but I've always wanted a 69 and thought this was the time to part with it before I put a bunch into it and keep it. I can send pics if there is interest.
