Wnyfa

Guys:

What happened, did everyone get out of F-bodies? I do not see any names I recognize.

I will be in the WNY area this late Dec. - Early Jan.

Is anyone up for a winter meet?

Re: Wnyfa

I'm still around, the Camaro was kind of on the "back burner" this year, I spent a lot of time and money on a race car.

Be nice if folks wanted to get together over the winter.

I was thinking the same thing. I too wouldn't mind catching up with everyone.

Re: Wnyfa

It would be great to see everyone and I am definatly up for meeting up with the good friends we have made in the past years.

Gary and I started a club as well when wnyfa seemed to have people loosing interest.

I would be willing to set it all up if you wanted. I would say a Buffalo or Rochester venue, but probably more likely Buffalo since there are more guys there and Gary and I could ride out together.

Let me know, but definatly a great idea

Thumbs up Re: Wnyfa

Hello All**************

I am still very much involved in the "community"

This past year I had 20 + track days!! ( and one clutch dissaster!)

Heavly involved with the upstate NY BMW club, theye put on some nice events and I am also now Instructing for a variety of clubs.

I would definately be interested in a get together, January is good providing there is not measurable snow ( how I support the "Habit")

Nice to hear from some long lost friends!

Have a nice Holiday Season.

Gary

Re: Wnyfa

Early Jan maybe? I will have to come back shortly after New Years so I can get home and get ready for work again. I took some time off coming up so lets plan now!

I really miss NYI, IRP is bigger but not as "nice" I don't think.

Re: Wnyfa

So there are a few members on this board around me - on a side note not meaning to hijack- but any of you rochester guys now of a good shop to work on lt1's - more specifically ones that need some troubleshooting.

Did cam and valvetrain install about a month ago - she started great and soon she died and now wont start... just cranks... ive replaced almost everything on car and determined its either valvetrain or something deeper- weather bad- i have no garage or time to troubleshoot myself-

any ideas?

ohh and i'd definately like to hit track up with u guys in the spring - right now i run with about 4 local guys, and meet up with WNYFbody guys a lot.

Re: Wnyfa

I would love to meet up with you guys again! Ive been real busy too. Work has sort of taken over my life and I put maybe 1000 miles on the camaro last year. Im hoping to get into a corvette next spring/summer!

Anytime in Buffalo would be good for me ofcourse. It would be nice to see some familiar faces. Nothing will be like the meetings 2-3 years ago, those were a blast.

Re: Wnyfa

Sounds like a plan guys.

I have not been in the area much over the past couple of years...just to visit the in-laws so I will leave it up to you on where it takes place.
