Hey Bri,

I just saw this, looks like you convert your open to an enclosed?

Think the lighting and work bench are extras, not part of the kit?

No deal Jax... they wont budge on their price. We walked... Its not worth what they are asking. Back to looking for a house again We have a few more we are going to check out this weekend. 2 of them look promising but I have thought that before. Both only have a 1 car garage so if that happens it will be back to the trailer idea again also

In keeping an eye out for a trailer for you, I think I may have found one that we may buy... It is much cheeper then putting in a garage, and it has a shower, and AC...

Good luck witht he house search, are you trying to stay int he same area?

Thanks I appreciate it. Yeah we are staying here in the area. Both Liz and I grew up in Cinnaminson NJ so we are really trying to get back in there. But we will settle for a couple of other places. The grandparents all live in Cinnaminson and all of our family is in this area so we want to stay. I can not tell you how much I wish we could go elsewhere. It would be much cheaper.

The house thing is so far going very well. Our house is under contract and the guy buying it wants to go non contingent to get out of his town house. Hes apparently still living with his ex and wants out. Everything is riding on us finding a house soon.

We are expandign our search a bit by looking for 3 bedroom 2.5 bath houses now. Knowing we will have to add a bedroom later, but I'll be happy to just find something livable.

Everything out there is still rediculiously priced. Houses that are not even livable for $350k... I refuse to buy a house with 40 year old everything for a modern day price. If its modern I'll pay modern. If its 40 years old with kitches and baths the same age we are just going to low ball the crap out of em. Eventually we will find something.

If we lock into a 1 car garage I will just buy a trailer. Just have to make sure the 1 car house has room for a big time trailer.

I just picked up a mobile garage today, complete with a 5000 watt generator, AC, sink, shower, and plenty of space...

These are just the shots I took when we got it home tonight, after a long trip to Ohio today to buy it. I know it still needs to get cleaned up...

oh a lot of those stickers are coming off soon enough, I will take a few more pics today, in the daylight, but for the price of the trialer including all the accessories, I couln't pass it up...

I got it off of an older gentalman who was a superstock driver who retired, both work and play, and was just going to be part of the crew for another team, so the trialer came with a lot of extras that he no longer needed...

awsome John... thats a lot more trailer than what I need but it is definately bad azz...

Everything for me depends on the house hunting. 2 car garage = no trailer. 1 car = trailer.

I would be happy for a trailer like that with the only extra being a canopy off the side. And I dont even have to have that.

Nice trailer! How did you find it?

So John, how does it tow with the load bars? Anything I end up with will be pulled by my Yukon and I will probably need to set it up the same way.

I found a decent 24' not too far from me but it was not set up right. The front entry door was almost at the front of the trailer and there was no room for a bench or anything. I think it was more geared to ba a utility trailer than a car trailer.

The housing market is just at a stand still right now. I'm hoping some new listings start showing up next month after the holidays.

Yeah, I had to drive to Akron yesterday to get it, in all that bad weather...

He worked for the company and they sponsored him...
