T-56 problem Please Help

Hi i need help when i am drivin or even jus sittin in the car with it runnin and clutch in my shifter gets real tight and i can get it in gears and move it but its really tight then it will get normal again but it keeps gettin tight probably once every 10 minutes. does anyone kno what could be wrong i can still get it in gears jus real tough fluids are good ?? Please Help me

Sounds like a clutch or master cylinder issue to me. Can you move it threw the gears ok with the car turned off?

yes it moves through gears ok when off but it still tightens up with car off
