Wow. I haven't been to the board in a while. I'm glad we caught up and thanks for giving me the contact info for ProTech. I have an 11am appointment on Tuesday to get the car tuned on the dyno. I plan on statying as long as it takes to get it dialed-in. Anything over 400rwhp and I'll be happy.

Yeah, sure brought back a lot of memories.
Did you contact vince to tune the car?
I'd love to go up, but will be working.

We'll have to meet up again!

No. I don't have his email anymore and I figured he would be working anyway. I actually made a few more changes to the PROM today and it is pulling a lot better in 3rd. I'll post my results when I get home Tuesday night.

Please take my advice scott- Have Vince tune your car. His email is: Vince McCauley <vincemc@ils.net>

Even if you have to reschedule, they don't mind. Do it right the first time, please!!

I agree with Steve. Vince tuned mine too, and it's great!

I sent Vince an email but I know it's short notice and he is probably working. I just want to get the A/F ratio dialed in. I am putting the car away for the winter this Saturday so rescheduling really isn't an option for me as I already got off from work. I also want to go to Cayuga this Friday and see what it runs if everything looks ok after the tune. I haven't been there all year.

Cool- I was thinking NYI, myself. They are doing a rain date.
Cayuga might be cool though. I dunno! I kinda hate going to the track on halloween.

BTW- here is vinces #: 416.931.3203

NYI is not running Friday. Sunday is the last day there and the weather is iffy. I might try for it, but I need to go out of town. So I am going to try for Cayuga on Friday. Anyone know what the Peace Bridge is like at ~4:30 on a Friday for car traffic? Will it be a problem?

Well, I have some good news and some bad news. Good news, the car made 445 rear-wheel ft/lbs of torque. Bad news, my injectors are way too small so we didn't do any upper end hp tuning. I also blew part of the intake seal and started leaking coolant. The engine has real potential to make good power. So a few changes and we'll see where it's at in the spring.

And thanks again Vince for taking the time out of your day to give me a hand. I still owe you lunch.
