PA emissions help

Any inspections experts out there?

I have a little bit of a problem. When I bought my exhaust setup emissions were not an issue. I don't have A.I.R or EGR on my headers.
The good news is that my car is registered in a Visual only county.

What I plan on doing is buying CATs that have an AIR hookup and plumb my AIR pump to them.

Will this pass?

The EGR issue will be much harder, I can always weld a setup on to my headers but that means the jet hot coating needs to be ground off before I can weld on it.
By the way, is there any one out there that may have the EGR tube that they don't need anymore?

Ideas would be greatly appreciated but I guess I really need someone to tell me if the AIR setup would be legal and if there is another alternative for the EGR.

Thanks.

From what i know of Pa inspection, if you touch the emissions system at all it should fail but since you do visual only just make it look stock and the shop really wont notice.

There in lays the problem....I have Longtubes with a custom Y pipe.

There is absolutely no way for it to appear stock.
I honestly can't see how they could pass me last year without a CAT and completely do a 180 this year.
They would almost have to allow me to put CATS on it to attempt to comply.

I guess I'll have to give an inspection station a call and find out.
