I hear ya John! I may need it. This whole housething is causing me towant to go and have a drink!

This jerk who is supposed to be buying our house is now stalling and holding things up. We accepted his offer and considered the fact that he was going to pull his contingency as soon as we found a houe. We did it and he is now stalling. He has until the 8th to do so or we are free to go find another buyer and sell to them reguardless of what he does, and he loses everything.

I don't think he is going to do it and the move will be post poned. If we lose the sale then we can not buy the other house. The entire row of deals fall thru the floor because of him. We will be back to the drawing board looking for a buyer.

Got a showing tomorrow and an open house on Sunday looking for another buyer. I'm ready to just drink big bottles of alcohol... depending on what happens this weekend I may or may not be packing next week.

 

I might try and make it out to this, it all depends on how work is that week...

Oh and Brian, if you need help moving I have no problem helping, hell I helped Dirk move to slower DE and Frank to his new place in DE and barely broke anything...

2 minutes before this post I made plans to do a happy hour with some co-wokers on the same date. ugh. I do need to have a beer or 10 with the guys and talk cars.

oh by the way... the following Thursday is the 14th, V-day. Going to hOOters on that night might not be a good idea for those of us that are domesticated animals....

Besides I'm leaving for State College that evening as my daughter has been invited to participate in a "Visit Penn State chem engineer curriculum for a few days" thingy. So on Friday I'm going to see about hooking up with a old Bud out in the Ground-Hog capital instead of hanging around a college campus.....

 

The only things on my schedule are working and trying to get the car ready for the LTXshootout, or more importantly to try and break the Bolt-on LT1 record before it gets too hot out. So I am pretty much free whenever unless something happens at work...

 

Well, guess we scratch that day off the list too!
