the knee is doing good. as soon as i get this special knee brace i wont need the stupid crutches anymore.

Well it looks like i'll be going to the autoshow Friday night too. They were handing out free tickets at my dealership and I figured why not. I just hope its not as boring as it was the year before.

 

In case anyone has not received the last minute communique from the NEOCC,

Scott Settlemire will be in Cleveland this weekend for the auto show at the IX Center. Some of us are meeting him on Friday evening (Feb. 27th) for an informal BS session. Join us if you can.
Marriott (Cleveland Airport) @ 150th Street, about 8 p.m. We'll be either in the lobby, lounge or in the bar...probably in the bar...

 

Yeah all, Brian (Co-President of Scorpion Racing Car Club) here We need some more car clubs in northeast Ohio. We in Scorpion Racing are always looking for more/new members. I don't have any regulations on brands of cars in the club or anything like that, although some members want me to make the club american cars only; for the time being the only cars in the club are american. I personally don't have any problem with foreign cars...german, ***, anything as long as it's nice and quick. I don't go for the cars that are in primer or have 5 different junk yard bodypanels all different colors, but are fast....You can make a Chevette fast if you got the dough, but it sure isn't bada$$ looking, that's for sure. I like the entire package: power and appearance As of right now our only other regulation for club membership, other than appearance, is the car must be able to run at least 14.5 in the 1/4 mile. I know that's slow, but at the time we made that decision, back in 1995, a 13 sec car was damn quick around here, anyway! I would like to lower that ET requirement but that will be done with a decision of the entire scorpion membership. Anyway, if anyone is interested in joining feel free to contact us! So, how the heck have you all been? Grease...I am ordering my torque arm very soon and I will bring you your's; it's in the same exact condition you lent it to me in, I appreciate you lending it to me, thank you. Bob, been a while since I have talked to you, anything new? Steve...when are you going to dig into that Camaro? Gary, how's that knee doing? What do you think your z28 will run this year, I know you are still waiting for a good clean pass, as am I too. I have some mods that I would like to do to my SS and my Ws6 this season but I don't know if I will get to it before summer.
