Ny/NJ fellow member for help

I'm looking for someone local who can come to me and work on my car. I can send details to someone if they know what their doing and want to make some money. I'm tired of guessing around on what's wrong.

You may want to visit New Jersey F-Body Owners Association - Home of New Jersey's Camaros and Firebirds and post up there. We have a lot of members up by the NY border that may be able to help.

We've been trying to help, but we don't seem to be making much headway.

Very true. This site so far has been truly a blessing. You helped someone like me who sucks with cars get my car running. Just so many issues and my lack of knowledge make it hard. I thank you all though and I continue to read learn and contribute on here

Re: Ny/NJ fellow member for help

If I was a bit younger, I'd spend my spare time doing work on these cars for people. Was a time 15 years ago, when there was always someone with their 4th Gen in my driveway getting some help. Or a bunch of us would be at someone's house trying to sort things out. I'm not up to that any more, I'm at the point where I'm thinking about selling my Formula.

I will recommend the NJFBOA site... lot's of VERY active members, and VERY helpful.
