Looking for help will pay

So i found a great deal on some heads and am ready to start upgrading my 95 z28 but am hesitant to do so without help. I've been reading up allot on head & cam swaps but still am not really comfortable giving it a shot, i really dont wanna Screw my car up. So im getting a set of heads that have the same specs as an LE2 set up, JBA headers, 30lb injectors, & a hydra rev kit in a few days. Im gonna look into what kind of Cam, Springs & Rockers i should run & any help would be great. Also going to buy an LT4 Timing set up.
So im looking for someone to help me with the install, ill work around whatever your schedule is. Just give me a price or HR rate or whatever. I really want to do it myself but would feel 100 times better with someone who has been around the ropes a few time. so let me know, im in Staten island NY and any one near here who is interested please let me know.
Im really excited to get this going so please chime in.

THANKS

If you want send me a direct Email

Well, I'm a little too far away and a little too busy to help, but I can offer some advice. When I first started working on my TA, I was in your position. I had little auto shop experience, but had the resources of my father (who does have experience) and this place (which has even more). I was a little hesitant but just jumped right in anyway. It took me waaaaay too long to finish everything up, but I had a great time and learned a lot. I would say that if you can't find someone to help, just go for it yourself. Just be prepared to have an extra car for transportation, check back here for advice often, and don't rush things. Good luck.

I have an extra car, im just nervous to F**k something up, Ive been reading as much as i can, i still have a few things to buy, Gaskets, cam springs rockers, & rods & not to sure on what to get. Im thinking a real LE2 cam i see them all over here for around $250, Behive springs & i gotta see about the rest. Guess ill think about it for a while before i try. How much would it cost for a head & Cam kit installed? 10 hours labor?

Well, here's the way I figure: Look at the cost of labor to have someone else do it...then look at the cost of parts if you do F something up. How many times could you mess up and still come out ahead? Sure, I've screwed up a lot of things and cost myself some extra money. I think in the end experience and know how are worth some potential screw ups, but that's just for me. It depends on how comfortable you are with that idea.
