E, If your contract is out in April... you really should start looking soon. I started looking in Sept of last year, and didnt get seroius until November. I was a lucky one and found something in only a few months and was able to move in 6 weeks later. I'll give ya a shout soon. Maybe you me and the other Eric should go shoot some pool
