Good Muffler shop in Maryland for custom Y-Pipe?

Where at. Hagerstown has a few shops that do good work. I think most shops charge about $180 installed for a y-pipe. Hagerstown is 20 minutes west of Frederick. If you want let me know and I will get you numbers and directions
