Hey gang, I am trying to find out what is the state of emissions testing in Northern VA? I just had my 97 SS tested, they did a visual to make sure my cats were there, they plugged into my PCM, and put a sniffer in the pipe on a dyno.

I used to live in MD and they just plugged into the PCM and that was it. Does anyone know if VA is going to start doing this anytime soon?? I know if they go to just a plug into the PCM I can go more radical on a cam (by Bret at Bauer Racing)

I "heard" they might be going to it. Anyone hear anything?
