Emissions testing

Hello all, I may be moving to Pa soon, prolly around the Harrisburg, Lancaster area. Do they require emissions testing there? Thanks, Mike

Since you are moving in from out of state, yes, unless your vehicle is a '95 or older.
Once you get the test done (and passed) if you keep the vehicle under 5,000
miles a year, all you require is a yearly safety inspection and you get an exemption for the emissions

The car I'm worried about is my 85Z28. I removed the 305tpi and I'm currently installing a 327, which I know won't pass. But since its older than 95 I guess I won't have to worry about it. And I'll be driving it less than 5k a year. Thanks
