there is a place called " the speed shop" in syracuse, that has a chasis dyno, even tho ive heard from my friends that the place is kind of shady, so im not sure if you'd wanna go there, they blew the motor on a friends 02 mustang gt because they ran it too lean and put a hole in a piston trying to dynotune. I know of kennedys Dynotune that is located in the buffalo area. That particular place does a lot of work, but ive got a friend that also said he wasnt too pleased with them either, so its up to you.
