Hey I'm looking to buy a 1992 Passat GL as my first car, but progressive is quoting me about $1800 a year for their online quote lowest coverage. I need cheap insurance around $1000 a year, can someone recommend me some places in the PA area (northeastern PA, zip code 18435)

I've been with them for over 10 years and every time I ask someone else for a quote it's at least double.

 

If anyone in your family was ever military.. USAA.
