Hey I'm looking to buy a 1992 Passat GL as my first car, but progressive is quoting me about $1800 a year for their online quote lowest coverage. I need cheap insurance around $1000 a year, can someone recommend me some places in the PA area (northeastern PA, zip code 18435)
