Anybody going to Atco tonight?

It should be some decent track weather tonight. I'll be there in a white '94Z w/ black Z06 wheels. I'm gonna try to break the 12's.

I like those S2000 cars. They're pretty quick but I thought they were Hondas. I could be wrong though.

Yeah its a honda. My bro ran his car tonight and to my amazment pulled some pretty impressive times for a 4clyinder. The car has 1 mod cat back exhuast. He pulled a 13.76 out of the car w/ a 60ft of 2.016 and 100mph trap speed. Not bad for a car that has no torque whatsoever.

Those are really good times for just one mod. I didn't break the 12's like I wanted too. I was running 13.1's all friggin night. I was cuttin' 1.9 60 ft's with a best of 1.8 and trappin between 105 - 106 mph. I was expecting more from my Nittos. A month ago I was cuttin' 2.0 60 ft's w/ street tires. Oh well, I'll just have to wait till next year. Later.

Mike,
Did you happen to see Rick running his Monte Carlo in the gambler's race? I haven't talked to him since he left for the track yesterday so I don't even know how he did.

Thanks Antz97ZNJ. A month ago I was runnin' 13.40's w/ the cat still on. I replaced it with a cutout a couple of weeks ago. Last night was the first time I uncapped it for the track. I didn't really expect to break the 12's but I was hoping for a 13.0 run.

Jacki,

I dont remember seeing his car there. I got there around 7 and there was like at most, 40 cars there. I only saw a few gambler cars, none of which were his car. Maybe he left early or something not really sure.

Jackie, you sound like a racing widow. Half the time Linda doesn't even know which track I'm at.

Hehe, I do - don't I? I usually know how he did but on Tuesday nights I'm in bed by the time he packs up to come home so he doesn't bother calling me. He started a new job this week so I don't want to call him today either.

Next year he'll be searching the tracks looking for me.

Man Id save a bit , get yourself a 3000 stall and some hooker longtubes and it'll be night and day, totally different car ...you could offset the cost buy sellin the stall and headers you got now here...they'll sell quick..you'll not only break 12's..you'll be well in them

Yup, that's him. Mark from GoDragRacing.com takes some great pictures, doesn't he?

Mike,
Turns out he raced his dad's Chevelle in the gambler's race because it was too cold to run the monte.

Tony's home for the weekend too.
