General Motors would like to invite you to a very special event at the upcoming Philadelphia International Auto Show on Saturday, February 2nd. The Concept Convertible, as well as the Corvette ZR1 will be present!

Date: Saturday, February 2, 2008
Location: Pennsylvania Convention Center (1101 Arch Street)
Time: Arrive at 7:00 a.m. (guests arriving later than 7:30 a.m. could be denied access)
Dress: Business Casual
Food: Continental Breakfast
Tickets: Compliments of GM & Phildelphia Auto Show (FREE!) (You will receive them at the event)
Enter: Enter at the 12th & Arch Street entrance (Lobby Area) - Look for check-in desk
Doors open to the media and THE FIRST 70 CAMARO and CORVETTE ENTHUSIASTS WHO SIGN UP At http://www.chirpthird.com/vb/index.php?, at 7am that morning.

Did we mention that this is a FREE event to you -- compliments of the Philadelphia International Auto Show and GM?

DRESS IS BUSINESS ATTIRE -- MEANING SUITS OR SPORT COATS -- OR DRESS SHIRT/TIE for men -- and appropriate attire for women.

So Ed, The doors will open to the public @ 9am on the 2nd doesnt it?

So whats the point of this, Last year didnt they hold this the day of the Black Tie event

Hey Ryan,

Yep, last years event was held the same day as the Black Tie event.

I know Scott had been working on this for a while, so I'm assuming this was the only day he was able to do it. The doors will open to the public at 9...this gives you the opportunity to see the Camaro and ZR1 before the crowds.

this sounds fun, I go to the show anyway and if there is a way to do i withoutt he crouds and for free even better...

Thanks, I was able to sign up and it looks like you were right I had plenty of time, there are still a lot of open spaces...

I have a question about the attire, in your original post it lists business casual, then later you state business attire, and clarification would be helpful...

My club was invited and I cant wait. For us its going to be an all day event. After the show my club will be having a banquet in Del with Scott S. and the Camaro designer team with some other vips...
Dang just cant wait...
