2006 QTP GM EFI Race Series 3/25, 7/8, 8/19, 10/21

The snow is almost melted and race season is here! So dust off the car and get out your tires The 2006 QTP GM EFI Race Series at Englishtown is right around the corner
4 Series race this year.
Dates
March 25
July 8
August 19
October 21

3 Bracket Classes
Radial Tire 13.49 and Quicker
Radial Tire 13.50 and Slower
Slick Tire Bracket(All Sticky DOT Tires)

The we have our own heads up class

QUICK TIME 8
Pro Tree, Heads Up class for the fastest LS Based Cars or Trucks.
This was really fun last year. Cars ranged from high 11s to low 9s. If you have a fast LSX and you never raced heads up you have to try this out.

And since this is a saturday event and yes that means you have to be muffled. And yes i cant even get away opening my cutouts on my car so please keep the cars quiet.

This series is meant to be fun so see ya there.

Please make this a sticky.

Sorry but I'll be racing elsewhere for the first race. July date looks good and maybe I can double enter for the August and October events since I'll be there anyway for the Covette Challange. These events are always fun to attend.

Took the win on the July 8th race driving the 'vette ragtop. I was entered in the Drag Radial R2 (3.50 and slower) class. It was only the 6th race for the 'vette. So far this year I have 15 round wins with 5 round losses. Not too shabby for street car.

Glad to see your doing well with the vette Jim. I am going to try to make the next one. Just depends on if I can get a set of heads for the motor by then. I should have my bottom end back in a week or so..
