Hey John. the axle didnt have anything to do with it. that was something that prolly couldnt happen again in a million years. But it just bent the outside of the axle right after it left the housing. nothin internal was harmed. But my cell still works I just have to remember to turn it off silent every now and then! I got a real good deal on a new GM motive ring and pinion with master install kit for $220. Mike up at new era performance hooked me up big on that deal. I gotta get him to come to a couple meets with us next year hes got a nice 98 Z. well take care and grab some misc. parts that we'll need to build your car. see-ya,
