Have fun with that one. When you get done paying more for the motor than you paid for your car, you still have a host of issues. The motor is huge, and had to be shoehorned into a 3rd gen F-car, never mind 4th gen. The oil pan is huge and holds 13 (!) quarts of oil. The heads are also very wide. You would need custom headers, and probably a different ECM.
I have no personal experience with engine swapping what-so-ever but I know the LT5, the ZR-1 engine, is very large and some what heavy, around 600 lbs I believe correct me if im wrong, if money wasnt an issue and the engine fit fine I would say it would be pretty bad ***, but you'll be hard pressed to find an LT5 alone for less than $6000... I have heard of an ls1 swap though.
It'd be a colossal waste of money unless you just have been given a complete LT5 WITH wiring harness and transmission....
Otherwise, look at engine upgrades. As for "other corvette engines".... all 1993+ f-bodies have "corvette engines"... the LT1 is a Corvette engine, the LS1 is a Corvette engine.
