Would you see a difference in performance with the zo6 mass air flow on the LT1?

Not unless your setup warranted a larger MAF. Even then, that's debatable.

Your LT1 MAF can deal with air flow mass that could translate into over 450hp. You'll need major mods to use it all. If you did use a Z06 MAF you would also need to reprogram the MAF sensor calibration tables to the Z06 values.
