Z06 85mm MAF worth it?

I am going to have cai, 52mm tb, ported heads, intake, hotcam, LT's, cut out with full 3" stainless exhaust. Will the upgrade in the MAF be a worth while upgrade for $150? I know it says like 18 hp or something outrageous like that, but will it help in the end? Also, it says it is a conversion...do you just add it to your existing MAF or is it a whole unit? If you have it...do you like it and what gains did you notice? Thanks!
