check out the pic below...should i so this...i want to cut the side of my air damn off as it serves no purpose and blocks flow to my K&N's...your input please..thanks

I really don't think it would help that much. Deffiantly no SOTP feel. You'll lose a little front downforce. That probably won't be noticable either though.

I was just thinking about that today.

It seems like a good idea, but the front ends of our cars are so low that the next time you park your car with the front end too close to a sidewalk the fancy little scoop will be a smashed up piece of tin.

Not worth the trouble, IMO.

i did something like that, it really help out alot around 85 or so. i couldnt really tell much anywhere else. but i runmine though the support behind the headlights(where the stck box goes through) then run the tube down to infront of the airdam. looked OK but i hit the curb when i pulled up to park, then one day i was going down the road and heard a thud, and the little scoop was gone. but the tube is still there.
