Okay, for all you that kept ribbing me about my 10k camaros, I just bought one.

Well, actually, I am in VA and I saw a 94 green hard top 6-speed for $1500 and talked the guy down to $1100. 18 hour round trip and its mine. Unfortionatly, it is a little too rusted to put work into. Still a nice car to play with and use for parts later.

You should have no problem recovering your money and some by making it a parts car. It would have had a more perfect ending if you said you picked up an LT1 with a flawless body for only 1100.00 bucks. My cousin outdid me, he found a near mint 94 LT1 with only 50K for 2500.00 bucks.

 

Yea, I hear ya, there out there, but, I figure, by the time I find one I will be changing my depends. I did however go out figuring that if it was a TOTAL peice of crap, I would have everything I needed to convert to a 6-speed and an engine to rebuild while I still drive around town.

As of now she is missing in a cylinder, but, no biggie, I will just beat the **** out of it till the 30 day tags have expired

 

Sounds like it is in good running condition, you should throw a 300 shot of nitrous on there and have some real fun with it.

 

If it runs, cut out the fenders and stuff some 31-12.50 Super swamper boggers on the back and take it out on a dirt road. Now that would be fun Am i turning into a redneck?

Well, after posting this, I went to get it (it was on a dolly at work). I have to say, for a 190k mile car, this thing is awsome! The shift feel of it is smoother than my 46k mile SS, but, i am sure that was hammered before I git it. If it wasnt for the rust on it, this would definitly be a keeper for me. I want a read car, but, I would have gone through the troble this thing is so nice. Damn rust!!!

As of writing this, I found the emissions inspection for the car at 189307, it has 189899 now:

HC= 0.02 CO = 0.3 NOx = 0.23
