I'm about to install the LT headers and do away with the o2's. I've already got a new pcm programmed for this as well as the egr and air deleted. My question is should I remove all of the EGR and AIR parts or just leave them there/

Yeah take them out. If you didn't what was the point of programming them out? The deleted AIR and EGR doesn't really have any performance gains. More of a space issue and maybe a tiny bit of weight.

You never mentioned if emissions are an issue in your area. If so, then removing the AIR and EGR may be a problem. Also, did you already buy the long tubes. If you already did, and if they do not have provisions for AIR and EGR systems, then you are forced to remove those systems anyhow.
