Thinking of going away from my current pro comp 1.6 setup in my new motor. Have heard some bad things as of late. Anyone hear run Yella Terra? Thanks

Thanks. Yeah Jose over @ forced inductions us to run them in his 97 SS with a custom PTK kit. Everything I have heard has been good just wanted to see what everyones feeling on them here were. If I remember they are about $600+ for the shaft mount 1.6's!

What do you think you will gain with shaft mounts? Generally speaking, for most enignes they are jusat a waste of $$$. The basic stud mount system works very well.

Most likely nothing now considering I will never see past about 6500RPM's in this motor. I have heard some questionable things as of late regarding some of comp cams products, not saying its directly related to roller rockers, but it makes me wonder. What are you running?

Pro Mags with guide plates and hardened pushrods.

Same here. Have run the same set up for the last 7 years and no issues.

I have Comp Pro Mags, 7/16 ARP studs and Trickflow guide plates so I'm going to modify a stud girdle and that will give me more stability.
