Just wondering if such a thing is produced; I want to remove the cat from my 94 Z28. Right now all I have is the SLP LM exhaust system. Do they produce a pipe that extends from the stock manifolds to the start of the SLP LM exhaust? Also, if I remove the car, will I loose any power, I know on some cars backpressure is a must, are these the same?

 

Ok... I was just looking at Thunder Racing's website. I saw that they sold an off road pipe that I could use with my stock Y pipe. Now is a new Y pipe such as SLP or Borla really going to make that much difference in sound or is it all going to be because the cat is being taken off? I'm not gonna waste my money on a Y pipe and an off road pipe if an off road pipe will do what I need without taking away power... Opinions please : P
