Y-Pipe to Headers bolts!!!

A few months ago I wen under my car to tghten up the y-pipe to headers 9/16 (i think they were anyway) bolts. The damn things were rusted through and snapped at the middle - two out of the four holding the pipes together. I have the SLP shorties installed, and the bolts have no nuts at the end, they are tightened into a back panel with a thread cutout. Anyway, I drilled thouh the little bolt piece that was stuck and ran knew slimmer bolts through the holes I drilled and put nuts on the ends to hold the pipes. These bolts that I found in some hardware store are flimsy and had bend almost immediately. My question is do any of you know where I can get TITNIUM bolts - a size thinner then stock so I can slide them through the holes I drilled.

Sorry about the book I wrote but I hope I made sense.
