which cam is a better cam with 1.6 rockers, p+p heads and all new valvetrain. My car is an M6 with all the bolt on's and 100 000 Miles. Which cam would I get the mot power out of wothout having to rev my car too the moon?

Re: Xe230/236 vs. cc306

The Xe cams are known to drop off pretty hard above about 6200 and the 306 will keep on going higher than you probably want to go. Other factors like cubes and airflow through your heads will also affect where your peak is.

if you are worried about reving then get the 230/236. Do a search as there are 100x's of threads talking about drivability and power on both of these cams.
