XE230/236 Idle Speed

XE230/236 112, .510/.521 users where should I set my idle speed? 350, with stock heads 3000 edge converter, headers. Daily Driver so I want my a/c to work nice Is 900 about right? Lope Sound is not my main concern but I do want to keep some lope. I do not want any stalling or brake vacuum problems. After doing many searches I only found one reference to idle speed on this cam, and it was set at 1000.
Anybody have sound clips with different idle speed?
