wtf

hey guys changed opti,plug wires,o2 sensors,coil,fuel pump is fine car is breaking up low rpm to mid just normal driving,but when you full throttle it it seems fine iam ready to sell the car iam at over 500 dollars reaching for straws does anyone know?thank you

try this: unhook the vacuum plug from the EGR valve and see if the stumble goes away...

Its generally a bad idea just gto go in and start replacing parts when you notice something like this...there are people who have thrown thousands of dollars at their car looking for a miss only to realize a $30 EGR valve or a $5 coil wire was the problem. Do some investigation first, and don't replace anything unless you can verify its broken...

the car runs strong at wot but normal driving constant surging does any one else have any ideas?

If you find it let me know I have replaced all the sensors, opti, wires 2x, plugs 4x, rebuilt the motor basically, injectors, new heads, cam, lifters and mine STILL has a stumble.

thanks iam starting to get a little nervous my car is at a friend of mine who is a good mechanic we had it hooked to a scanner yesterday and the on sensors were screwy so i replaced them still running horrible could it by my computer should i send it back to brian? i have no ses lights coming 0n god this sucks

can false knock cause this? I have an lt4 knock module on the way, mine isnt hardly noticeable, but its either, tps, egr, map, opti, coil. one new plug wire was arcing and I fixed it and no help. the problem didnt occur till I started using nitrous, so I bet its either false knock from the loud exhaust or some sensors that were in the line of the n20

Hey im going through the same thing with my 93z. This **** has been driving me nuts for a year now. If done all my filters, injectors, plugs wires, changed sensors, opti everything you can think of and the car still sucks under 2000 rpm. Goodluck and if you figure it out let me know.

Two things, besz28...

1) Please only use TTT once per 24 hour period. It's not fair to the other members here if you do it more often.

2) If you better word your subject title I think you'll find you get better responses. Some of the long term members here won't even click on a link which says "WTF" in the subject.

I had it too so i bought a 2800 stall converter

magius thank you for your suggestion but i removed the egr during my cam install,my car ran great for 3 months after that
