Wrong injector size in tune question

I searched and did not find this question and I think it may be the problem.

If I actually have 30lb injectors as I was told it did when I bought the car, but te guy who did the tunning programmed it to 24lb because I told him I wasn't sure,(meaning he would have had to change it back), would that make my car run rich? I figure if he did it the other way around, the car would run lean... I am trying to figure it out because I found a shop here local that does LT1 tunes on the dyno and want to try and give them a heads up.

Thanks for the help, car is only getting 10-13 on the hwy and I am a 6 speed

yes it will run rich, the 24 gets more pulse width than the 30.

Your flowing at least 25% more fuel than the PCM thinks its flowing. The long term fuel corrections can only pull out up to 15% excess fuel before they bottom out at 108. The short terms can pull some more, but they are trying to swing the A/F ratio back and forth to either side of 14.7:1 at the same time, so the correction using the short terms won't be that reliable. Its likely you are running excessively rich, perhaps rich enough to wash down the cylinder walls.
