Writing transmission program out of computer

Im doing the th350 swap from an a4 and am wondering what people can tell me about getting rid of computer functions, as in what will i lose (cruise control, abs, etc) and does the speed sensor play any part with the engine controls. In essence, what kind of problems am i causing my self again, lol. Thanks, prorac1

I think the easiest thing would be to get a stock M6 file and copy all your important tables (MAF, ignition, fuel, knock retard, etc) into the stock file.
