The wrap up... "Project Daily Driver" guess the hp/tq numbers...
As things come to a final close in the coming 48 hours... It is time to do a wrap up.
18 months ago I began a project... not suppost to be a project... but more of a reliability check for my car. About 2 months into it... is when we changed pace and began what is now commonly called "Project Daily Driver".
I never realized how much money, frustration, or fame this would cause. I have spent well over $14K. Literally hundreds of hours on the phone... hundreds of emails, pm's, misordered parts, searching, research, everything. I receive emails and phone calls on a weekly basis from different companies across the nation asking how its coming, if its running, some dyno numbers, ect. I never realized what this would bring. Along with all the flaming from the local guys... lol. I want to put out some much needed thanks to those of you who have bent over backwards through these past 18 months...
First and foremost... my grandparents for providing me this opportunity to make a dream come true in the first place... owning a 1997 30th Anniversary Camaro.
Carolina Speed Shop (CSS www.carolinass.com) There arent enough thanks that can go out to Kyle, Carmen, Brandon, and Johnny there. It truely would have never been a possibility with out them. Much thanks to Kyle and Carmen for taking care of the car while I was deployed, and when I could not be around to move the vehicle for them, and for providing me a place to work and stay during some rough times and late nights... you guys are truely the best friends someone could have.
