Wp
I've noticed that my water pump is dripping from the weep hole in the bottom. I guess it's time for a new one right?
Is there anything besides the wp that needs to be bought, gaskets etc? Here in Sweden a new original wp is about 250$...how much is the cheapest in the states?...150$?
Do you have to drain the block in order not having a big amount of coolant leak down on the opti or could you just drain the radiator and be done with that?
I also noticed some oil on the opti and in that area, could this be due to the infamous intake leak or is it something connected with the bad wp or something else?...it's quite much so I can't really see where its origin is. The car runs great though, no misfires or heating probs...
Thanks in advance!

Yes, your pump needs to be replaced. All you will need are two waterpump gaskets which most auto stores (at least in the US) can get. Pumps go as cheap as $150 here at Autozone. Drain your radiator and then remove the temp sensor and knock sensor on the sides of your engine block. That will drain most of your coolant.
The oil leak could be from your timing cover seal, oil pan seal, or the crank seal. Careful because the oil can cause the spark plug boots to slide off the opti.
