The maker of the "Torque Wind" piece of garbage seems to think others are no smarter than he is. How would a fractional horsepower electric motor (probably .1 hp) push enough air to make 60 more horsepower? It can't. Looks like somebody skipped out of Physics class too much.

I knew a mechanic who was working at a used car lot, he bought one of those industrial strength vacuum motors and was trying to make a supercharger out of it.
I never found out if he made it work or not, he was trying it on 4 bangers which might actually give them some more horse but not enough to make it worth the hassle, maybe 10.
