Would just a y-pipe be ok?

Hey fellas, just saw the G2 y-pipe over at lgmotorsports.com
Does anyone think this is a good idea... it says 8-10 horse without headers??? Do I need headers anyway?
I really didn't wanna do headers as I understand they are a huge pain to install in our cars?
Also anyone have anyexperience with the "G2" products, they look pretty nice
How would this y-pipe with a cutout and hooker catback be?
Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get some ideas for the new 4th gen. THANKS!

I would be amazed if a y pipe would give those results.

Yeah. Eventually you'll want to do headers. They help tons, much more than just changing the y-pipe.
I installed my JetHot LTs, and they did take a lot of time, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
