would cleaning and or replacing the iac help my gas mileage and idle???

would cleaning and or replacing the iac help my gas mileage and idle???

just wondering because i think its pretty gunked up and im not sure whats the best route to go on this one???

Idle- Yes
Gas mileage- No

Some things that MAY increase gas mileage:

Intake, Exhaust, Headers- lower gear ratio if you're screaming on the highway.

If any of your sensors are not operating correctly your gas mileage will suffer as well- o2s, maf, ect, tps, etc.
