are you talking flywheel hp or Rear wheel hp?

 

(14.7+pounds boost)/14.7*starting hp =hp after boost

If all of those upgrades gave you in the neighborhood of 325hp then the 8pounds of boost would get you around 500hp. There is about a 16% drivetrain loss that you need to factor in for flywheel to rear wheel conversion. But the more hp you make, the lower the percentage.

Yes it can. Mine makes approximately 530 at the flywheel and I have a stock long block with bolt-ons and no alcohol. That is also 8.5#.
