WOT question

I have a SLIGHT exhaust leak and an unplugged 02. would this affect WOT performance? If i remember right WOT has its own set parameters that the car runs off, correct?

an exhaust leak at the heads, or the collectors can cause the engine to pick up false knock and pull timing and you will lose lots of power.
why do you have an o2 sensor unplugged?
