Is it worth losing your power steering just to replace the alternator?

Thanks.
forget all that man, i've driven cars with no power steering before, or more like had the P.S., but didn't have it hooked up.
It sucked bad, don't do it you will hate it, and your not gaining anything that good by doing it

Been to www.speedspecialty.com lately under the LT1 stuff?
I still cant believe how many people complain about losing their A/C, I live in Ohio sure, but during the summer we can see 90+ days, and in two+ years I had never used my A/C once except when using the defroster like once. I thought thats what Ttops were for????
Not saying that like im pissed off about it, I just never realized how many people in Fbodies still love their AC
